If you’ve had real dairy cheese any time recently, you’re going to find it hard to forget what it tastes like. And in that frame of mind, any non-dairy substitute is going to be rather disappointing. On this basis, I must admit I was cynical about this, but it was delicious and I couldn’t stop eating it. It’s equivalent to a soft goat cheese or cream cheese.
