  • 2 yellow bell peppers, roasted, skinned and seeded
  • Handful of walnuts, plus extra, chopped, to garnish
  • Juice of 1


Blend the roasted peppers, walnuts, juice, garlic, and oil in a food processor. Grind the saffron and sea salt with a mortar and pestle. Combine with the blended ingredients in a bowl and garnish with the walnuts and a drizzle of oil.
