My daughter loves this. It was a standard recipe throughout her childhood, one of the few “healthy” things I could get her to eat. Carry it around in a little sealed bag or sprinkle it over other foods.
Dry-roast the nori sheets in a skillet for just 5 seconds; you don’t want them to start to shrivel. Set aside. Dry-roast all the seeds in the pan, starting with the largest; the pumpkin seeds. Now add the tamari to the pan and stir to coat the nuts and seeds. Crumble in the nori. Keep in a dry, airtight container for weeks.
