  • 1 fresh coconut
  • 2 fresh red chiles, seeded and very finely chopped
  • Juice of 2

Method

Open the coconut, draining the milk into a glass. Peel off the brown skin. Put the milk and flesh in a Vitamix or powerful food processor. Add the chiles, lime juice, cilantro, and salt to taste, and process until finely minced.
