  • ¾ cup [100 g] sunflower seeds
  • 5 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F [180°C].

Put the seeds, bread crumbs and garlic into the bowl of a food processor fitted with an S-blade and process until the mixture is coarsely ground, but still retains some texture (it’s okay to see a few whole sunflower seeds in there).
