I make edible geranium, dill, sage, and nasturtium noodles by adding these just before I start rolling the pasta. The flowers stretch, but it looks so pretty, like floral lisle stockings! Roll up loosely and cut wide noodles. Cook very quickly (3 to 5 minutes) in boiling, salted water and serve with olive oil, chopped fresh herbs, more flowers, pine nuts, and black pepper.
