Who wouldn’t want to eat cake for breakfast? This indulgent breakfast treat is a moist citrusy-ricotta cake that’s dotted with fresh berries. The frosting on top is made of yogurt to give it even more of an “eat it first thing in the morning” vibe. This cake can be made the day before and refrigerated overnight. Remove from the refrigerator at least an hour before serving and frost and garnish it just before your guests arrive.
