Strawberry Gin-Gin Mule

Gin has always been my liquor of choice, so I was sold when I discovered that there was a drink just like the Moscow Mule but with gin instead of vodka. This cocktail is slightly sweet from the fruit but also has a spicy kick to it from the ginger beer. It’s refreshing enough for the summer but warming enough for cool nights as well. Many people add simple syrup to their Gin-Gin Mules, but I find the drink to be sweet enough already, thanks to the ginger beer, so you won’t find it in my ver
