Berry Brioche Cinnamon Rolls

These cinnamon rolls have that gooey cinnamon filling that everyone loves, but they also have an extra flavor punch from the roasted berries and eggy dough. These elegant pastries are perfect for serving a crowd because you can do a lot of the work beforehand. To make ahead, let the dough rise a second time in the fridge, covered, overnight. In the morning, let the rolls rise in a warm place for an hour and then bake as directed.
