The perfect breakfast for when you are in a time crunch or just looking for something sweet to fill you up before starting your day. I also love whipping this up as an afternoon snack when I am craving something chocolaty (like a brownie!) but don’t want an indulgent baked good.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup [55 g] tahini
  • ½

Method

In a blender, combine the banana, tahini, yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, and ice and blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Transfer to a large glass and drink right away.
