Dried Spiced Pears, Three Ways

You don’t need special kitchen equipment to dehydrate food. Your standard oven and a few hours of sticking around the house do the trick! I give you three examples of how I prefer to season my dried pears, so mix and match based on the kind of spices you like! Once dried, store the pears in a resealable bag and throw the bag in your backpack for any adventure. Keep in mind that the flavor is going to be concentrated once the fruit has dried, so a little spice goes a long way.
