My favorite part about these wraps is that they are vegan, so you don’t have to worry about them sitting in your backpack for a couple of hours while you work up an appetite in the woods. These wraps are also brightly flavored, refreshing, and light, so you won’t feel like napping after you down one or two. Although they are light, the protein-packed quinoa will keep you going all afternoon. Make sure to rinse the quinoa very well, as it has an outer shell that can be bitter if not removed
