Spicier than it is sweet, this concentrate is the perfect winter warmer to have on hand during cold months. It makes whipping up a delicious hot drink, packed with nutrients, as quick as preparing packaged cocoa.

I really love the subtle tropical flavor that coconut milk adds, but any type of milk will work. You can also make a delicious iced chai version by skipping the reheating step and adding ice. Add more maple syrup or sweetener of choice after mixing with milk and tasting.
