We are told everyone either loves or hates Marmite, but I’ve never found anyone who hates this. It is a simply delicious soufflé. The Marmite gives the cheesy flavour an umami depth and it’s the ultimate Sunday night comfort food when served with baked beans (see our recipe) – trust me, it’s a winning combination!
