My father always used to make this when I was a child, and my brothers and I adored it. It’s a great way of getting kids who want to eat nothing but pasta to eat something a little more nutritious, as they get the added benefit of the eggs, but it’s still enough of a cheesy pasta-fest to keep them happy.
