For me, this dish ticks all the boxes – the polenta provides a creamy sweetness, which is punctuated by the salty capers, olives and feta. It’s warming, nutritious, and packed with flavour. Capers are an acquired taste (one that I have only recently learned to appreciate!) so do feel free to omit them if you don’t like them.
