  • About

These savoury scones make a fantastic accompaniment to a creamy soup (like our Really Easy Cauliflower Soup) as an alternative to bread or crackers. In this recipe they’re cut smaller than a usual scone, as they are quite rich. If you don’t have a small cutter, cut similar-sized square scones with a knife. Do use Roquefort cheese if you can – it is pungent enough for the blue cheese flavour to come through in the baked scone.
