These cookies are like brownies in biscuit form – they’re soft and fudgey, intensely chocolate-y, and a huge hit with everyone I’ve ever fed them to. Have some cold milk at the ready for when they come out of the oven – clichéd though the American ‘milk and cookies’ combo is, chilled milk really is the perfect partner for a warm chocolate fudge cookie.
