This tart looks really pretty and is absolutely delicious. You can use any stone fruit, any berries which you would eat raw, bananas and tropical fruit. Just avoid any really wet fruit, like orange segments or frozen fruit. Tinned fruits, well drained, are surprisingly good though. I like to serve it with a big dollop of clotted cream, but it would be just as good with ice cream.
