Granita is a fantastically refreshing summer dessert, for hot days when you don’t want anything substantial after a meal. Being, essentially, shards of flavoured ice, it melts very quickly, so if you are making this for a dinner party, be sure to serve it in frozen bowls, and get it out of the freezer only when your guests are seated and ready to eat it. I’d serve this with just a handful of raspberries and pomegranate seeds. (
