We used to make the most delicious sorbets when I worked at The Ivy, and one of my favourite guilty pleasures at the end of a long shift was to take a small cup with a scoop of mango sorbet and a scoop of lime sorbet down to the changing room to eat while I changed to go home. So refreshing, and just the sugar hit I needed to fuel my journey home! Here, I’ve rolled those two sorbets into one, and it couldn’t be easier to make, whether you have an ice cream machine or not.
