Lemon and Bergamot Drizzle Cake

Everyone loves a lemon drizzle cake, but bergamot makes the cake more grown-up and unusual. It’s the oil from the bergamot rind that gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavour so if you don’t like that, you might want to omit the bergamot and stick to lemon, lime or regular oranges.
