I read many reviews about the constant queues and the fresh food they offered, and the excitement and affection for the place seemed to pour out from each one of these. These Irani tea shops—as we refer to them—are becoming rare. It is sad that their importance in the community seems to have been diminished, serving as informal, affordable places to gathe
