This is inspired by one of my favorite simple ways to enjoy creamy white beans, which is around a flavor profile of sweet roasted garlic and a woody herb like rosemary or thyme. I like to top the burgers with a handful of parsley or arugula, olives, and a squeeze of lemon juice, as pictured.
