These are super simple burgers that have a lot in common with little grain cakes or fritters, in that the main principle here is quinoa bound together with egg. By baking, the quinoa dries out and gives these burgers a crunchy crust that I love, and because the grain cooks so quickly, they can be ready to go in the time it takes for the oven to preheat.
