Here’s a simple recipe for homemade hamburger buns, one where nondairy milk works beautifully. They’re rich and moist and good enough to serve as dinner rolls. But as buns for veggie burgers, they’re best toasted before assembling. Feel free to use only all-purpose flour here, or another flour for the oat flour.
