There’s no way you’ll confuse them with french fries, but in my opinion, these are just as appealing. Trimmed to be long enough that they’re easy to drag through a dip—and roasted in a hot oven to become slightly charred, taking on some crispy texture—they make an excellent side dish for any kind of veggie burger.
