Prosecco has its own kingdom in Venice. Not just any prosecco will do & there is even a separate wine list in some restaurants. Over many lunches I noticed people drinking full rounded plump bottles of chilled prosecco rather than wine, especially with their seafood… beautiful. Never mind stirring it into beautiful puréed white peaches & other fruits. These are the measures I like, but, of course, they’re just rough estimates, depending on your glasses and such.
