This is nice as part of a mixed cicchetti plate. Use a great tasting extra virgin olive oil for the dressing – it will lift your dish to a different level. Moscardini are tiny red– purple baby octopus, weighing roughly 20 g (¾ oz) each. The Venetians also know them as folpeti. They are so small (only a bite or two) that they are often served with toothpicks & are just popped whole into the mouth. If you use the larger baby octopus,
