Harry’s Bar made this famous. The carpaccio there is excellent & is served with a creamy mayonnaise sauce drizzled over. Here I have served it with artichoke & a lemon oil. You could also serve it with rocket, or thin slices of endive, fennel or celeriac. A couple of blobs of a creamy blue cheese here & there also work well.
