Normally I don’t go for double carbohydrate, but I really liked this & so did rest of the family. I made it with a chicken broth, which I loved, but you could use a vegetable broth for a lighter flavour. (If you prefer to use a pressure cooker you will only need to cook the broth for 20 minutes.)
You can cut the potatoes up small if you like, but I prefer just holding the potato in my hand & chipping this way & that to get irregular chips that can still fit on a fork/spo
