Musetto is a wintery Venetian dish – lovely in slices with a good dollop of mustard (Dijon is great), bread & a heap of the Veneto’s beautiful taupy-red speckled Lamon beans. These beans are also a beauty with grilled salsiccia, or other sausages that you like – & if you can’t find Lamon, just use borlotti beans.
