Sergia taught me this recipe – a lovely bittersweet variation on a classic – which is so very quick to make. It has less biscuit & doesn’t involve the layering of a traditional tiramisu. Make sure you have elegant glasses on a stem for serving. This recipe only makes a small amount, perfect for filling 3 of my lovely stemmed glasses, but you can easily double the quantities if necessary.
