This is a very simple, homestyle dessert. I like to make it with 2 green & 2 red apples – not because I can see any difference at the end, but it looks great before it goes into the oven! If you’re serving more than 4 people, you can easily add a couple more apples & just increase the other ingredients accordingly. It’s best to use a baking dish that fits the apples fairly snugly.
