Iced Lemon Tea

I’ve always preferred lemon tea to the more popular milk tea (gasp!). It is a very strong brew paired with the flavor of refreshing lemon and that little bit of sweetness. I remember there was an outdoor cafe on a pier next to the Star Ferry in Central, Hong Kong’s business district, where you could beat the heat with an iced lemon tea in the summer (and hot soy milk in the winter!) while marveling at the magnificent city-scape on both sides of Hong Kong Harbor. I only wish I could have bee
