“Swiss” Style Mushroom Wings

This dish has no association with Switzerland whatsoever. Its naming apparently came about in 1860 at Tai Ping Koon restaurant in Guangzhou (formerly known as Canton) when a customer asked a waiter what the chicken wing dish was called.
