No meal is complete without green vegetables for the yin and yang balance of food. This recipe can be applied to most greens, like bok choy 白菜, Chinese broccoli, or gai laan 芥蘭, choy sum 菜心, snow pea leaves, or dau miu 豆苗, and tatsoi 塌菜.
