This simple and delicious mint-coriander chutney is the perfect accompaniment for a variety of desi (local) snacks like samosay and pakoray. It also serves as the base of green raita.


  • ½ cup fresh Coriander Leaves
  • ½ cup fresh Mint Leaves

Blend all ingredients. You may need to add a little water to adjust the consistency. Adjust salt and chilli according to taste.
