This sweet and sour tamarind chutney is a popular condiment used in chaats and is also served with desi (local) snacks like samosay. I love this chutney and enjoy it as an accompaniment with almost every desi snack. I like to make it taste more sweet than sour, but you can adjust it according to your taste. You can make a big batch and store it in a jar in the refrigerator.
