  • About

This recipe is by my sister Rubina and is the perfect condiment to go with desi (local) BBQ dishes. It reminds me of the chutney that we grew up eating at Bundu Khan (a very famous Pakistani BBQ restaurant).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tamarind Paste (soak the imli in hot water and squeeze the pulp out of it)
  • 2 cups fresh Coriander Leaves

Method

Blend all ingredients with very little water, to ensure chutney is of a slightly thick consistency.
