Launji is a very easy and quick mango pickle that is made by cooking raw mangoes. This mango pickle is a unique family recipe. It’s a family favourite and loved so much that my Mamus eat launji with chapati or paratha as a complete meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Raw Mangoes (cut into pieces with skin)
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds (levelled)
  • ½ tsp</

Method

Fry the raw mangoes, covered and on a low flame until they soften.

Add all the spices and remove from stove (do not cook the masala).
