Green raita is a mint-coriander yoghurt dip and is the perfect accompaniment for biryani, pulao, or BBQ dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yoghurt
  • Salt to taste

Method

Blend all ingredients for the green chutney. You may need to add a little water to adjust the consistency. Adjust salt and chilli according to taste.

In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt, adding a little water at a time.

Add the green chutney and salt to it.
