Shami kebabs are a household favourite, and hands-down the most popular snack that is always stocked in the freezer of every Pakistani household. These kebabs are made as a big batch and frozen so that they can be readily available for frying and serving guests with chai, as a quick snack, or as a filling in a sandwich.
Add all ingredients of set 1 and boil until the meat is very soft, and water has dried.
Grind into a thick paste.
Mix well with the ingredients in set 2 and shape the kebabs.
Shallow-fry on medium heat.
Serve with ketchup and green chutney.
