Cutlets are kebabs that are made with boiled potatoes and are usually stuffed with a filling. Ammi would recycle any leftover qeema, by using it as a filling for the cutlets. However, you can use any mixture as a filling of your choice.
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Season with salt, pepper, coriander leaves, and green chillies and mix well.
Make a patty and fill it with a filling of your choice.
Coat with egg and bread crumbs, and shallow-fry until golden-brown.
