Also called galavat kay kebab, this is yet another family favourite recipe. It is made more or less with the same spices that are used in dum ka qeema. Unlike shami kebabs, these kebabs are made with raw minced meat that has been marinated in masala and raw papaya. The raw papaya acts as a meat tenderiser which allows the kebabs to be easily cooked through when shallow-fried.
