This recipe of shorbay wali lauki always reminds me of summer in Karachi. It was one of the regular dishes that Ammi made for lunch on hot summer afternoons when we craved a light vegetarian meal.

  • 250 g Bottle Gourd (cut into 1 inch pieces)
