This recipe is one of the most straightforward and hassle-free ways of making lauki. It is a one-step process, as all you need to do is mix all the ingredients and cook. It tastes delicious and is also one of my personal favourite vegetarian meal.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Bottle Gourd (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 2 medium Onions

Method

Mix all ingredients in a pot with oil.

Cook covered on low heat until the lauki softens (do not add any water).
