Aaloo palak is one of the very first meals that I made when I had just started to cook. As a beginner, I was amazed by how flavourful a meal can be using only a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium Potatoes (peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 2 cups Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 medium

Method

Fry the garlic in oil until it to begins to turn brown.

Add cumin seeds, red chilli, and turmeric, and fry for a couple of minutes.

Add the tomato and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften, and the oil separates from the gravy.

Add potatoes and ½ cup of water, co
