This unusual family recipe of cabbage is something I have not come across in any other household. This recipe belongs to Ammi’s Phuppo. It is super easy to make and tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Cabbage (finely sliced)
  • 2 small Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 4 Whole Dried R

Method

Fry cumin seeds in oil.

Add cabbage, tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli, salt, curry leaves, and nigella seeds. Fry for a couple of minutes on high flame.

Cover and cook on low heat until tomatoes and cabbage are done.

Serve with chapati and masoor daal.
