Eggs and potatoes what’s not to love! This comfort food with potatoes and boiled eggs in a deliciously spiced gravy is everything I need when I miss my childhood and Ammi’s cooking.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 medium Potatoes (cut into large pieces)
  • 2 medium Onions (puréed)

Method

Boil the eggs until they harden (for 10 minutes), peel them, and shallow-fry them in oil on medium heat.

In a separate pan, fry the sliced onions until they turn golden-brown.

Add the ingredients for garam masala (cloves, black peppercorns, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf) and fry for a few more minutes.
